You must have authority to bind the business or entity using Dori. You are responsible for: - Maintaining accurate account information - Keeping login credentials secure - Activity that occurs under your account
2. Service Scope
Dori provides AI-powered tools for merchant storefront support and product discovery workflows. Features may include chatbot responses, merchant configuration, analytics, and integrations with third-party platforms. We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
You are responsible for your storefront content, policies, and legal disclosures, including customer-facing notices required by law or by your platform provider. You must ensure that your use of Dori complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and contractual obligations.
4. Third-Party Integrations
If you connect third-party services (for example, Shopify or Instagram/Meta), you authorize Dori to interact with those services on your behalf as needed to provide enabled features. Your use of those services remains subject to each provider's own terms and policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to: - Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights - Transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive content - Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data - Reverse engineer or misuse the Services beyond permitted use
6. Fees and Billing
Some features may require a paid plan. If you subscribe to a paid offering, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes according to your selected plan and billing terms. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dori will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to the Services.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
